How Pepper handles user data and connected account access.
Pepper may collect your email, connected account details, balances, transactions, consent records, and technical logs needed to keep the product working.
Pepper uses data to connect accounts, answer user questions, show account activity, manage AI app access, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Pepper only shares data with an AI app after you connect that app and approve the requested access. You can revoke access from the Pepper console.
Pepper works through account connection providers and financial institutions. Those services may process data needed to link and refresh accounts.
Pepper may use email for sign-in codes, account notices, security messages, and product updates related to your account.
Pepper keeps data while it is needed to provide the product, meet operational needs, resolve issues, or satisfy legal and security requirements.
You can disconnect accounts, revoke AI app access, and contact Pepper about privacy requests at hello@andalabx.com.
Pepper is designed around clear consent, limited access, and controlled account management. No system is perfect, so we keep improving the protections around user data.
